Survey cover
Survey cover

There are two surveys of Winters Mill. Images of the 1864 survey are set out below with a transcription.

We do not have the originals of the 1842 survey (it is very faded), but we have included a transcription.

Some of the words in the surveys are unclear, so we are hoping that readers with better knowledge than us will give us corrections.

Valuation of machinery, utensils etc. at Winters Mill at Hebden Bridge taken 2nd December 1864 and following days. By David Morris, Valuer, 1, Market Place, Manchester.
